An excellent beer for the summer. I added 2/3 cup of honey to the boil to give it a little drier finish and I dry-hopped with 1.5oz Hallertau to give it a little more of a floral, hoppy note. The honey will thin it out a little so I would recommend adding 1/4-1/3lb of 2L Crystal to fill out the body. One of the best I've made so far, for sure.
