Very tasty recipe. I would recommend dry-hopping in the secondary with some Mittlefrue hops if you can find them. They're like the included Hallertau, but a little more aromatic and floral, and they are what Sam Adams uses in their Boston Lager and Noble Pils. Very similar to SABL.
