This is a nice clean tasting yeast that attenuates well. This is a go to yeast for anything American Ale. I've had very very good success with this yeast. I do use at least a 1 Liter starter and up to 2 Liters on anything above 1.057. If I don't have time for a starter I'll pitch 2 tubes and repitch the yeast at the bottom of my fermenter on the next batch of beer to make up for the added cost.
